The 6th International Symposium on APS Type 1 did not disappoint! We welcomed over one hundred clinicians, researchers, APS Type 1 families and friends to beautiful San Francisco to:
- Hear about the latest research
- Enjoy an interactive, hands-on emergency Solu-Cortef injection training
- Participate in group roundtable discussions that will support our community today and tomorrow
- Learn about the NIH Ruxolitinib clinical trial
- Spend time with one another, building relationships that could last a lifetime
- Get another beautiful quilt
- Meet another APS Type 1 Patient for the very first time
- Root on the Dodgers and Giants at Oracle Park
- and so much more…
We’re happy so many people were able to join us. If you weren’t able to make it this year, we hope to see you at our next symposium in 2027. This is our largest event and the most significant investment we make in our community, with an all-in cost close to $100,000. We appreciate the financial support of our families, friends, generous donors and corporate colleagues. Without your support, we would not be able to bring these families together to make these lasting memories together! Please continue to donate or fundraise for our community so we can continue to bring these events forward for our community.
Thank you all for your support and participation.
